Sixpence is a Spite Fairy, and as such he is physically incapable of saying positive words, or doing acts that would be considered selfless. He has the ability to blink in and out through little folds in the fabric of reality, letting him teleport to other locations, as well as walk on walls or ceilings.
I custom made the wig from a cheap wig base and lots of feathers. The costume is Halloween freaky fabric wrapped around. Sunflower contact lenses and one friendly plastic fang complete it.
The makeup itself has a masc base with pale tones. Lots of dark eyeshadow under the eyes, and sickly blue tones around the mouth to give him a bit of a sickly feel.
